About Your Role

A Commercial and Industrial Lead installer is responsible for overseeing the installation, retrofitting and up-fitting of HVAC systems and ductwork in commercial and industrial settings. The Lead Installer will demonstrate expertise in comprehending mechanical drawings, managing installation teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers and other team members. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient and high-quality execution of HVAC installations, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.

What You'll Do

Install commercial and industrial HVAC systems

Perform renovations and upfits on time and according to mechanical drawings

Lead, supervise and train fellow installation team members

Install, insulate and seal ductwork

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

5+ years HVAC installation experience

Ductwork installation experience

Ability to work at heights, on ladders and on lifts with equipment overhead

Valid drivers license (mandatory)
