Job Title : Hotel Construction Superintendent
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of our new hotel project. The ideal candidate will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
Skills and Qualifications :
