Position Overview :

As a Superstar Project Manager , you will be the linchpin of our restoration projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of restoration jobs while maintaining exceptional communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and team members. Your leadership will ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee and manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Lead Technicians and other team members to ensure adherence to IICRC standards and safety regulations.
