Advance CNC has an opening for an Administrative Support and Sourcing Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales group, while managing procurement activities such as identifying potential suppliers, negotiating pricing, and issuing purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in procurement, a commitment to quality work, and effective communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administrative support for the sales team to effectively meet customer requirements
- Identify vendors, negotiate pricing and complete cost and lead time for quotes from a diverse range of vendors
- Cultivate partnerships with vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or purchasing / procurementProficiency in vendor relationship managementProfessional communication skillsCritical thinking skillsSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL :

80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year.
