Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences and instructional materials

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field

Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems

Knowledge of instructional design theories and methodologies

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Familiarity with adult learning principles
