Job Description

Responsible for the development and growth of the bank’s loan portfolio in commercial real estate lending, small business lending, and commercial and industrial lending.

Provide support, direction, credit information, and loan policies to ensure the overall quality of the Bank’s lending portfolio.

Review and approve / decline large and complex loans prior to their submission to the Loan Committee.

Manage the credit administration function to produce quality loan relationships that provide profitability and growth.

Ensure the safety and soundness of the bank’s lending portfolio.

Establish growth goals for loan volume and growth for lenders.

Prepare credit information covering loan quality trends and loan product concentrations.

Education / Licenses Needed

Bachelors Degree (BA / BS) or equivalent.

Ten years related experience preferred.

Five years management experience in credit administration preferred.
