Position Summary
We are seeking a Master Craftsman with extensive experience in custom woodworks and cabinetry to join our high-performing millwork team. This individual will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing high-end, custom wood and cabinetry products that meet exact specifications. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of woodworking techniques, a passion for precision, and a dedication to delivering superior craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute detailed shop drawings, blueprints, and CAD files with a high degree of accuracy.
- Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry, furniture, millwork, and specialty wood components.
- Select appropriate materials (hardwoods, veneers, MDF, etc.) based on project needs and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain a variety of woodworking tools and machinery (CNC routers, table saws, jointers, planers, sanders, etc.).
- Perform high-quality finishing (staining, painting, sealing) to match client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior craftsmen and apprentices as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality expectations and client requirements.

Required :
7+ years of professional experience in fine woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork.Mastery of woodworking techniques, joinery, and custom fabrication.Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints.Proficient with both traditional and modern woodworking machinery and hand tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Preferred :
Experience in architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry production.Familiarity with CNC operations and CAD-based shop drawing review.Background in historical restoration or specialty wood finishes is a plus.What We Offer
