Women & Infants Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in newborn medicine, is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) - NICU to guide our exceptional team across our main campus and satellite sites.

In this pivotal role, youll :

• Provide visionary leadership for our NICU APCs, fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth.
• Ensure the highest quality of care for our most fragile patientsfrom premature and low-birth-weight infants to complex neonatal cases.
• Collaborate with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to advance clinical excellence, education, and innovation .
• Support strategic growth and quality initiatives that shape the future of newborn medicine at Care New England.
