.NET Application Support Engineer

Join a high-impact team supporting a suite of enterprise applications for a global organization. We're looking for a

• .NET Application Support Engineer
• to serve as the primary US-based point of contact, collaborating closely with an offshore support team in India.
• What You'll Do
• Represent the US team and develop a deep understanding of the existing application codebase.
• Partner daily with offshore engineers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Implement minor enhancements with a focus on stability and issue resolution.
• Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and global teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for support and maintenance.
• What You Bring
• Strong experience with
• ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and TypeScript
• Proven experience in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with
• RESTful services, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core
• , and
• Git
• Proficiency in
• web API development
• , cloud technologies (
• AWS
• ), and basic understanding of
• Terraform
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex, existing codebases.
• Bonus : Experience with

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00 / hr.
