Salary : $33.65 to $38.46 per hour

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of multifamily rehab and maintenance projects on site. This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and property management teams to ensure successful project delivery. The below job description is not meant to be all-inclusive, as this role requires flexibility as the organization grows.

We are currently evaluating candidates in the Florida Panhandle area - from Pensacola to Tallahassee.

Objectives of the Site Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily rehab and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews on site.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the on-site representative for the company, maintaining positive client and tenant relations.
