Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU - Full-Time - Nights

Location : Hudson, FL

Salary : $33.00 - $46.00 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000

Relocation Assistance : Case by CaseOverview

A 392-bed acute care hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking ICU RNs to provide critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment . The hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and is recognized for cardiac, stroke, neurosurgery, and orthopedic care . Candidates will join a team-focused environment with state-of-the-art ICU facilities .Shifts Available

  • Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients
  • Monitor and manage ventilated patients, vasoactive medications, and telemetry
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Maintain and review patient records, test results, and care plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management

    • Requirements

  • Active RN license in Florida (or Compact License with FL application)
  • ASN or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred)
  • Previous acute care ICU experience required
  • BLS certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Critical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Candidates with MICU, SICU, and CSU experience will be considered
