Strategy & Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow DashPass, its subscription business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop acquisition strategies and identify emerging trends to drive DashPass adoption

Own and operationalize data-driven experiments to optimize promotional campaigns and in-app assets

Analyze operational and financial impacts of initiatives to enhance the consumer experience

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, or related fields

Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
