Turner Industries is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for a facility in the Breaux Bridge, LA area. This is a long-term, nested maintenance position with a regular 4 10's schedule.

• NO PER DIEM OR RELOCATION available. This is ideal for local candidates.
• 2-5 years experience in an industrial warehouse
• Forklift Experience - Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Experience in Supply Chain Management preferred
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry equipment, including valves, pumps, motors, and gaskets
• Must be able to effectively manage time and work independently
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer criminal background check.

Functional Requirements :

Read and sign off on JSA prior to starting shift; supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in lifting, transporting, storing, and loading materials and products by use of conveyors, cranes, hoists, or industrial trucks, applying knowledge of plant layout and material-handling equipment and procedures; studies receiving or shipping notices, requests for movement of raw materials and finished products, and reports of warehousing space available to develop schedule for material handling activities; may confer with supervisors of other departments to coordinate flow of materials or products; may verify or prepare records, such as routing slips, material requisitions, and job orders; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Physical Involvement :

Employee may be required to do the following : climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and / or overhead; carrying objects, tools equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching / squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.
