About the Team
The Global Corporate IT team maintain the internal IT Systems and Infrastructure such as Datacenters, Networks, End User Computing and Collaboration tools as well as Security Operations and Directory Services. Our aim is to provide an excellent end user experience for our internal customers, providing them secure and robust systems that allow then to focus on their Solifi objectives and deliverables.
About the Position
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our IT support team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT, offering hands-on experience and growth in a dynamic environment.
Role and Responsibilities
About You
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
