Overview

Manufacturing Industry Specialist at U.S. Bank. This role focuses on advancing U.S. Bank's position with Manufacturing and Wholesale Trade companies and driving growth through customer-centric initiatives, industry partnerships, and market-facing plans.

Responsibilities

• Form new and maximize existing industry distribution partnerships (COIs, trade organizations, etc.).
• Work across business lines and product partners to package solutions for the industry.
• Ensure the consistent and successful implementation of in-market initiatives and communications at the market level.
• Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to provide bankers with necessary industry expertise and marketing support.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in the industry for U.S. Bank and clients.
• Serve as the SME to product / strategy / sales, providing market-facing input to go-to-market strategy.
• Work closely with leadership of the relationship management teams to address the unique needs of clients in the sector.
• Coordinate sales planning with feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Develop and support market-level programs that enhance corporate sponsorships while adhering to corporate strategies.
• Coordinate processes between centralized sales support, marketing, and product groups to implement market-level plans.
• Provide input on training needs and, as needed, develop materials describing products and services.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location listed first. Actual range may differ by location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package. Pay Range : $149,515.00 - $175,900.00.
