Position : Lead Dental Care Assistant

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Saturdays 2x / month)

As our Lead Dental Care Assistant, you will be the crucial clinical leader responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our dental office and supporting the doctors in providing exceptional treatment. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Assist the dental team with patient treatments regularly.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to improve office efficiency and patient flow.
• Enhance customer service by managing scheduling and staffing of dental assistants effectively.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new dental assistants.
• Uphold high standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and company policies.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Ensure operational readiness of the clinical area of the office.
• Manage dental supplies and liaise with suppliers and technicians.
• Promote a culture of compliance and teamwork in the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
