A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the EVP to provide administrative support and coordinate activities for the Executive Vice President and Board members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule travel, and support budgeting and strategic planning
Assist with project management by creating forms and dashboards using tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI
Provide high-level support to the Board and assist HR and Finance leaders with special projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience with increasing levels of responsibility
3+ years of executive support experience
Proven effectiveness in collaborating across teams and experience with Board engagement preferred
College degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
Proficiency in Windows & MS Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
