Athletic Director Position

Elida Local School District is seeking qualified candidates for the Athletic Director position, beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. The application deadline is December 12, 2025, or until filled. The salary will be per the adopted teacher salary schedule with additional supplementals provided or the administrative salary scale. A valid Ohio teaching license or administrative licensure pupil activity permit is required. Minimum three years of coaching experience and / or previous athletic director experience is preferred. Successful applicants should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership skills, and financial management and marketing skills.
