As a Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator at O’Connor Law, PLLC, you’ll play a key role in visually bringing our mission to life. Our firm advocates for injured and disabled workers across New York, and your designs will help ensure our message is clear, compassionate, and accessible to the people who need us most. This role is ideal for a creative designer who enjoys turning ideas into clean, engaging visuals—especially for social media and digital platforms—while supporting broader marketing efforts. Responsibilities: • Design engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications • Create visually consistent marketing materials aligned with our brand guidelines • Collaborate with the legal and marketing team to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals • Support social media content through design-focused assets (posts, stories, ads, banners) • Assist with the creation of promotional materials highlighting our services and success stories • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content • Support marketing campaigns with design assets and light coordination as needed Qualifications: • Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital content (especially for social media) • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar platforms • Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling • Ability to collaborate with non-design team members and incorporate feedback effectively • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment • Prior marketing or social media design experience is a plus Compensation: $5 hourly
