Job Description

The Senior Virtual Assistant at SCADA Solutions, Inc. will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior management and various departments with administrative, technical, and clerical tasks. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other team members, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail, handling routine queries independently and escalating more complex issues as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and maintain organized files and records.
• Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel itineraries.
• Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents by analyzing data and formatting content appropriately.
• Manage project timelines and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking across teams.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of vital documents and electronic files.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and stepping in to assist with team projects.
• Stay current with technological and organizational trends to optimize virtual workflow and team communications.
• Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
