Job description

A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries and requests in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and manage order delivery expectations

Handle product repair requests and manage return processes

Research and resolve customer issues related to orders and product use

Required Qualifications

GED or High School Diploma or equivalency

Three years or more experience in customer service or a related field

Ability to enter detailed information accurately

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
