Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Allentown, PA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to youth patients in their homes. Daily tasks include assessing patient health, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will conduct patient and family education to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong assessment, care planning, and implementation skills
• Ability to administer medications and perform treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in patient and family education is a plus
