Allcare Treatment Services in Glen Burnie, MD is currently seeking a committed OTP Counselor to become a part of our team. Eligible candidates must possess certification with ADT, CSC-AD, and CAC-AD in Maryland for consideration.
The perfect candidate will deliver proficient counseling and case management services to clients, ensuring strict adherence to top-tier standards in assessment, action planning, interventions, and community involvement. In-depth knowledge of treatment fundamentals, along with specialized expertise in substance abuse and associated psychiatric conditions, is essential. This position entails working hours from 4 : 45 AM to 11 : 00 AM.
Compensation : 28+ hourly
Responsibilities :
- Provides direct counseling and case management services to assigned caseload
- Provides alcohol and drug education and referrals to community agencies
- Responsible for assuring that assigned clients are given random urinalysis according to State and Federal guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor
- Maintain client confidentiality as regulated by Federal guidelines
- Attend required supervision and staff meetings
- Conducts Intake Assessments
- Maintains documentation compliance
