Data Distribution Coordinator

A company is looking for a Data Distribution Coordinator I or II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the distribution of book metadata and ONIX to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize metadata for sales performance on online platforms

Monitor metadata performance metrics and participate in larger-scale metadata projects

Required Qualifications

Affirmation of the organization's Statement of Faith

At least 1 year of relevant experience for Coordinator I or 3 years for Coordinator II

Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant higher education may reduce experience requirements

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; experience with HTML or ONIX is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills
