Job descriptionUnit Size : 30 beds Patient Population : Adults aged 18 and older Nurse to Patient Ratio : 4-6 patients per RN Department Culture : Supportive environment with Oncology Nursing Society resources, Active Shared Governance, and a Mentor / Mentee Program for New Graduates and those pursuing Oncology Nursing Certification. Skills & Equipment : Focus on oncology skills including inpatient chemotherapy, radiation, palliative care, and general medical patient care. Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (3-Year Commitment) Relocation Assistance : $5,000 for moves over 100 miles; $2,500 for moves between 50-100 miles BSN Bonus : $2,500 for external applicants with over 1 year of RN experience Licenses / Certifications : Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois Education : College Diploma in Nursing Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities Perform all nursing duties specific to the unit's scope of service. Conduct initial assessments upon patient admission and develop tailored care plans. Implement and modify care plans based on continuous evaluation. Ensure patient and employee safety by addressing safety hazards. Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide constructive feedback. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to patients across the hospital. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $31.65 - $54.44 per hour . This range reflects a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
