Requirements

• Extensive experience in anime-style character design
• Strong illustration and concept development skills
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate
• Ability to create expressive, stylized characters with attention to detail and proportion
• Understanding of character turnarounds, pose sheets, and color design
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous anime character work
• Excellent communication and ability to accept and implement feedback
• Remote position; must have access to a professional digital art setup and reliable internet connection
