Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations for time-critical logistics and client service activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, cost per shipment) and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Resource & Cost Management
- Support budgeting and cost-control efforts within assigned operational scope.
- Provide accurate operational data for monthly reporting and assist in variance analysis.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate a team of operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in training and development of team members; provide feedback and guidance to maintain performance standards.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, customs).
- Promote safety practices and participate in audits and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
