The Southeast Region Controls Service Manager will lead a team to deliver controls retrofit projects and aftermarket solutions at customer sites throughout the region (southeast portion of the US, PR and certain Caribbean Islands). Team includes Controls Field Service Engineers, Site and Contractual Service Managers. Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Comm Ops to drive flawless execution meeting business KPI targets (EHS, Quality / Customer Experience, Revenue / Margin, etc).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field Service management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer site project delivery, PO through warranty.
• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, Contractual Service Managers, and Team Leads
• Work directly with customers regarding outage and scheduling, response to business issue resolution, and growth opportunities
• Ensuring service personnel comply with corporate EHS, Quality, and Compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations
