What You’ll Do :
As a key member of our team, you’ll support sales and operations by ensuring customer orders and communications run smoothly. Your day will be a mix of order processing, customer support, and behind-the-scenes admin tasks that keep the sales team moving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and monitor high-volume email accounts.
- Process and track orders in QuickBooks with accuracy.
- Log and update customer interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot.
- Assist the sales team with quotes, shipments (including booking LTL freight), and customer service.
- Support walk-in customers and coordinate with operations / shipping as needed.
- Jump in to help with miscellaneous office tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years of experience in sales support, order entry, admin, or customer service .Familiarity with QuickBooks and HubSpot preferred .Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.Positive, professional attitude with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.Bonus Points :
