Senior Manager, Alternative Investments Offer Management

This role supports day‑to‑day management and operational support for Schwab’s Alternative Investments & Structured Products advisor platforms, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and a positive client experience.

What you’ll do

Support ongoing management of the Alternative Investments retail platforms.

Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, conduct analysis, and support implementation of enhancements.

Provide support for onboarding new products, managers, or platform features.

Serve as a subject matter expert for partners and advisors regarding platform functionality and operational processes.

Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements related to Alternative Investments.

Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Services to ensure smooth platform functioning and resolution of manager and advisor inquiries.

Maintain and update product documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Support internal audits, ensuring documentation and procedures are followed.

Lead or support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

What you have

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

5+ years total work experience with 3+ years in financial services, preferably in product management, offer management, or operations supporting Alternative Investments or similar products.

Demonstrated ability to manage daily operational activities, resolve issues, and support product enhancements.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

A curious thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills who, through grit, can solve problems and keep driving work forward.

High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, motivated to drive results while operating autonomously in a dynamic and fast‑moving work environment.

Ability to create presentations and effectively present to and persuade stakeholders.

Familiarity with Alternative Investments or similar investment products.

Licenses : Series 7.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
