Ideal Candidates Will Have :

• A valid Medicaid Provider Number (preferred but not required) will need to get once you been hired
• A current National Provider Identifier (NPI) (preferred but not required) will need to get once you been hired
• An existing client caseload (preferred but not required)
• Experience providing support services to individuals with mental health needs
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Commitment to client-centered, recovery-focused care
