Senior Collaboration Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Collaboration Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise-level collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft MS365

Design and implement integrations with various systems and troubleshoot related issues

Create documentation and training materials for platform features and best practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise platform engineering and management

4+ years of experience with Slack Enterprise Grid and advanced configurations

Strong knowledge of security practices including access controls and compliance

Experience with identity integration platforms like Entra and Azure AD

Certifications in Slack and Zoom are highly desired; Microsoft SharePoint or Power Automate certifications are a plus
