Role Overview
The Manager – Hospitality will be responsible for managing day-to-day communications, event planning, collaborations, and guest relations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can seamlessly balance operational excellence with brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & VIP Relations : Handle all guest communications including email inquiries, reservations, and VIP experiences with professionalism and warmth.
Event Planning & Management : Conceptualize, organize, and execute in-house events, collaborations, and influencer visits that align with the Bungalow NYC brand.
Brand Collaborations : Coordinate with partner brands, PR teams, and influencers to ensure smooth event execution and meaningful outcomes.
Media & Press Coordination : Manage media queries and maintain updated press kits, ensuring accurate representation of the brand.
Creative Content Support : Use tools like Canva , Adobe , or similar software to create menus, event assets, and visual materials.
Website & Digital Updates : Oversee regular updates of the website to reflect new menus, press features, and upcoming events.
Internal Communication : Work closely with management, kitchen, and marketing teams to align on event logistics and hospitality standards.
