Requirements : Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work odd / long hours and on weekends. Must have a great attitude and eagerness to learn. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a neat appearance. Must have reliable transportation 24 / 7.

Primary Responsibilities : Explain the process and answer customer questions, as needed. Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs / concerns. Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities. Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details. Manage and control costs of production projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Some of the jobs that we perform are drying out wet structures, smoke / fire clean up, sewage clean up, mold remediation, and demolition.

Salary : Competitive, based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. Experience Restoration : 2-3 years (Preferred). This job is ideal for someone who is dependable more reliable than spontaneous. People-oriented enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects. Adaptable / flexible enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
