As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, being a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. You will respond to security-related situations as they arise, monitor access points, and support the implementation of security protocols. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will contribute to a positive experience for everyone at the location.

Pay Rate : $21.55 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat09 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 AMSun09 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or potential issues.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and property management regarding incidents, concerns, and updates related to security-related matters.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
