As the Materiel & Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for schedule and technical performance of Lockheed Martin Strategic Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) Logistics Support Operations, which includes Materiel Control, Property Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and the Consolidated Hazardous Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP). This position will also be responsible for the operation of facilities, including Missile Spares Support Building, Flammable Storage Building, SWFPAC Plaza, Container Storage Area, and numerous Small Ordnance Magazines. Maintain high level of support to production operations by ensuring well planned high quality inventory and timely material support. Manage material planning / forecasting of missile and support equipment hardware as documented in program plans and schedules. Ensure good warehousing and material management practices in support of SWFPAC's growing program increases. Other responsibilities include :

• Develop staffing plans, coordinate travel and cross-training requirements.
• Ensure safety, security, high work ethics and a teaming environment within the organization.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals, business plans and operating budgets.
• Develop and present program information to Sr. Management on an as needed basis.
• Collaborate with other organizations including internal Lockheed Martin management and personnel, local and SSP Government Representatives, Associate Contractors at SWFPAC and other Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) sites.
• Negotiate Industrial Support Requirements Plan (ISRP) commitments with local Government personnel.
• Foster an environment where the diverse talents and perspectives of our people power innovative solutions for our customers and drives business success.
• Drive focus toward continuous process improvement, corrective action and expeditious implementation of robust, relevant corrective action plans.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree - Fleet Ballistic Missile program experience - Strong understanding of FBM material and logistics flows and warehouse operations experience - Experience with Materiel and Property Management, MAS, SAP, ASRS and Navy ERP data systems - Understanding of Government Furnished Property principles and experience with Federal Acquisition and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFARS) - Familiar with Qual / Cert Checklist Training (QCT) program. - Proactively support continuous improvement in the areas of technical competencies, talent, behaviors, cost and performance. - Black belt / Green belt certified.

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
