Are you working 1099 or running your own Handyman Service? Are you tired of the travel, paperwork and hassles that come with it? Are you tired of not being appreciated? Keep reading. We are looking for the best!

Looking for and experienced Handyman with strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following :

Bathroom improvements
Kitchen improvements
Painting, both inside and out
Drywall work, minor and major repairs
Carpentry work
General plumbing and electrical, where allowed by law
Floor installation and refurbishing
Familiar with building codes
Wood, Vinyl & Chain link fencing.

Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Service Professional

Embrace our company culture and values.

Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.

Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas.

Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.

Create, present and sell project estimates.

Manage and acquire materials as needed.

Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.

Requirements :

A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.

A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.

Fifteen (15) or more years’ experience in residential / commercial remodeling or a related field.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.

Ability to generate accurate project estimates

Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.

A valid driver's license and good driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
