- Position our telecommunications solution for customers needing a more reliable internet connection.
- Contact and communicate with consumers across various verticals to understand their needs and challenges.
- Compare current products and technologies with our client's offerings, highlighting benefits and promotions.
- Address and overcome customer objections, illustrating how our client's products can meet their telecommunication needs.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
Experience in BPO / Contact Center / Call Center / Sales Agency preferred.Experience in B2C and B2B sales preferred.Inbound / Outbound sales experience.Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.Internet and software navigation skills.Ability to think quickly and adapt to overcome customer objections.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with energy and excellence.Ability to analyze, interpret, and address client needs.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if necessary.Compensation
