Job Overview

This person will be responsible for programming / operating CNC equipment throughout the plant, utilizing software and tooling for producing signature products.

Highlights of your role

Responsible for the development and / or maintenance of computer numerically controlled (CNC) programs to be used for automating equipment using computer generated electronic data Facilitate generation of the month scorecards, weekly status reports and planning documents.

• Develop and implement CNC programs for standard products utilizing AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog programming software Assist in organizing and preparing for Strategic Business Council meetings.
• Develop and implement CNC programs for unique customer requested door product designs, create and revise programs as required to implement ECNs, and evaluate current CNC program designs to develop better design solutions implementing new CNC programming for those designs (parametric methods, file and data organization,Attend staff meetings to record minutes and complete other assigned tasks.
• Responsible for the review and release of special orders from GCOD hold, assist with the preparation of samples and CNC operations for pilot runs for new product launches and assist launch teams during those pilots. Actively participate on improvement teams and generate new ideas to be pursued for product improvement. Maintain excellent organization skills and a strong attention to detail.
