MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

\n Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Care \n
Location : Lawrence, MA
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 7 : 00AM–3 : 00PM or 8 : 00AM–4 : 00PM
Salary : $38–$40 / hour
Bilingual Required : Spanish / English

No weekends. No evenings. No on-call shifts!

\n Key Responsibilities \n \n

Review and update patient medical records.
\n
\n
Provide treatment under physician direction.
\n
\n
Assist patients with prescribed medications.
\n
\n
Measure and record patient temperatures.
\n
\n
Triage patients who are ill, injured, or have behavioral issues, ensuring a safe environment for all.
\n
\n
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
\n
\n
Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
\n
\n
Maintain updated and complete medical records for each patient.
\n
\n
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
\n

\n Qualifications \n \n
Current Massachusetts RN licensure required.
\n
\n
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
\n
\n
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, participants, and families.
\n
\n
Prior experience in an adult day health, community health, or long-term care setting preferred.
\n
\n
Bilingual in Spanish / English required
\n
