Duties :

Advise clients on a variety of immigration matters, including visa applications, green card petitions, and citizenship processes.

Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions with relevant governmental bodies, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

Represent clients in immigration court and administrative hearings.

Conduct thorough legal research and keep current with developments in immigration law and policy.

Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the immigration process.

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Experience with family-based immigration cases is preferred.

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications :

Active and valid Bar license in any U.S. state or territory.

Skills :

Strong analytical skills to assess complex immigration issues and develop strategic solutions for clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts clearly and persuasively.

High attention to detail when preparing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
