About The Position

- Monday to Thursday schedule, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
- 15 - 18 patients per day
- 40-minute new patient visits, 20-minute follow-ups
- Adult patient population, ages 18 and up
- Outpatient care no hospital privileges required
