Were currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mountain Run at Boyne Resort in Boyne Falls, MI. In this role, youll ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance team by supervising, directing, and coordinating daily work assignments and tasks for our skilled technicians.

What Youll Do :

Inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common areas, and mechanical systems

Apply knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and pools

Use intermediate digital literacy for scheduling and assignments

Perform maintenance tasks and quality inspections

Maintain logs and preventive maintenance records

Lead emergency repairs when needed

Monitor team efficiency, quality, and guest response times

Take on additional duties and special projects assigned
