Job description :
- Program, modify, and optimize CNC operations using Esprit CAM (4-axis, 5-axis, mill / turn).
- Set up CNC machines and validate accuracy with operators.
- Interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Design fixtures, select tooling, and support first-article inspections.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to reduce cycle times and improve manufacturability.
- Support RFQs with programming, tooling, and cycle-time estimates.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to machinists and programmers.
- Maintain revision control and documentation for CNC programs.
- Troubleshoot inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Esprit CAM (required).Strong knowledge of G-code / M-code, CAD / CAM software, and SolidWorks.Experience with Siemens, Okuma & Fanuc controls.Ability to analyze blueprints / models to determine tooling, speeds, and feeds.Solid math background (geometry, trigonometry).Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.Machinist training program, Associates degree in machining / manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience preferred.CNC / Esprit certifications are a plus.Why is This a Great Opportunity :
