Job Title : Software Engineer

Location : Concord, CA

Max PR : $80 / hour

Job Type : Contract

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to consult on complex, large-scale initiatives with broad impact. In this role, you will analyze and solve multifaceted engineering challenges, requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented situations. You'll collaborate strategically with client personnel to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities :

Partner with teams to plan and execute large-scale software engineering initiatives.
Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and delivery requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
Review, design, and implement scalable, high-performing software applications.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military, or education).

Strong experience in software design, coding, testing, and deployment .

Proven ability to work on complex, multi-faceted projects .

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (nice-to-have) :

Experience with Java, Python, or C# .

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) .

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Background in financial services or large-scale enterprise systems
