At Fusion, we supply mission-critical sealing and hydraulic components to OEMs, industrial customers, and repair facilities. Our name signifies who we are and what we do, bringing everything together into one powerful solution.
This internship is designed for students in their final semester (graduating May 2026) who are interested in exploring a future career in technical sales and operations. Over winter break, candidates will ideally visit Fusion's office for interviews and a tour of our facilities. This will give them a better understanding of who we are as a company and provide an opportunity to connect with members of our team. From there, interns may work remotely while completing project-based assignments that provide hands-on experience in sales and operations.
The primary goal of the internship is to give students meaningful, hands-on experience while they finish school. At the same time, it is structured so that qualified candidates have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after graduation. This makes it a great fit for students who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and contributing across multiple areas of the business.
