  • Learn from our experienced HR team and gain valuable insights into the recruitment and development process Organize and manage logistics for interviews, job fairs, pre-employment drug screens / physicals training events and workshops Support the planning, communication, and execution of employee engagement initiatives Post job advertisements on various job boards  Assist with building employee recruitment files Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Collect and store data from training records and provide administrative support Help design, develop, and deliver training materials, courses, and plans Work closely with other departments to align talent development with organizational goals Support other HR-related tasks and contribute to the overall success of our department  Qualifications : Student currently enrolled in post-secondary education program (eg : certificate, trade school, two- or four-year degree program) OR recent graduate (within the past 12 months) of post-secondary education program Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products  Kurt J Lesker Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
