What You'll Do

• As a Full-Time Underwriting Analyst in the LAUNCH Program, participate in structured training sessions focusing on technical training and professional development opportunities. These sessions will combine classroom and hands-on learning to establish a solid foundation in underwriting concepts and principles.
• Apply concepts by working on active business opportunities alongside a mentor, gaining independence in daily work and decision-making skills.
