Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual life coaching sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms

Help members clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies

Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions in accordance with program guidelines

Required Qualifications

Active Life Coaching Certification from an ICF-accredited program is required

Preferred ICF credential levels include ACC, PCC, or MCC

Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace

Comfort using telehealth platforms and basic technology tools
