Physician - OBGYN / OB Hospitalist

Do you feel strongly about womens health and want a full-filling career with a supportive team? We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN Hospitalist to join our practice at Salinas Valley Health Medical Center in Salinas, CA.

~ Responsibilities include OB ED coverage, emergencies as well as OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, and fetal monitoring

~ Low volume of delivery attendance for community OBs

~24-hour in-house coverage

~ Private labor and delivery suites

~ Level III NICU is operated in partnership with Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital Stanford

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following :

NOTE : Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plans minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.

Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
